I’m Kandis, Founder and Owner of Red Dog Field Club, created to preserve and advance the outdoorsman’s life through access, conservation, and community.

I grew up in Utica, Ohio, with early access to hunting and fishing that left a lasting impression and grew into a deep respect for the outdoors. I spent more hours than I can count fishing, hunting, and exploring the land around home—learning patience, responsibility, and an appreciation for the natural world. Those experiences remain the most meaningful memories of my childhood and continue to shape how I approach land, tradition, and community today.

My professional life has been defined by the demands of the real estate market—an environment that requires precision, sound judgment, and constant engagement. Over time, I learned that the way I remain grounded and focused is by returning to the outdoors. Time in the field, on the water, or behind good dogs isn’t an escape—it’s a recalibration. The outdoors provides clarity, discipline, and perspective in a way nothing else can.

Through my work, I’ve met many people who respect the outdoorsman’s life but have never had the opportunity to hunt or fish, or who wish they had greater access, mentorship, and connection. They value land, water, craftsmanship, and heritage, yet lack a place where those values are actively lived and shared.

Red Dog Field Club was founded to create that place.

We exist to unite hunters, anglers, and houndsmen who respect land, water, and heritage. Through exclusive access to private properties, thoughtfully managed sporting opportunities, and a fellowship rooted in conservation and tradition, we work to ensure the outdoorsman’s life endures—authentic, intact, and passed forward for generations.

Red Dog Field Club is built on stewardship, intentional access, and community—where time afield matters, standards are upheld, and the outdoorsman’s life is strengthened by those committed to carrying it forward together
